On arrival, we’ll have a chat about any aches and pains, how you’re feeling on the day and any stresses you’d like to mention that brought you to the studio. Using this info, I can create a grounding, bespoke treatment just for you and your body. So, you can leave feeling nurtured, cared for and with your cup slightly fuller.

Give your body the time it needs to come back home to you. This extended treatment provides the freedom of some extra time to really address any aches and pains and for your nervous system to truly unwind and sink into a state of relaxation, so you can get the most out of your session in the days following. Just like the 1hr option, this will be completely bespoke to your needs on the day.
