As You Are (AYA) Massage came to life following Freya’s own journey with PCOS and the various forms her body has taken as a result of an unbalanced nervous system. The more she learned about the importance of prioritising a lifestyle that supports her nervous system, the clearer it became that office life and desk work was only making symptoms worse.
